Chester Rambling and Hill Walking Club

If you can climb Moel Famau from the top car park and walk 8 miles on the flat then you are ok for a B walk.

Well we normally are off walking by 10am on a Sunday so by 11am we are all ready for something to eat and a cup of tea.   1pm is the scheduled lunch - normally at the top. A break in the afternoon is 2-30 ish.  Back at car by 4pm ish.

Annual Membership is £10 and covers all the led walks in the programme. We also make a contribution to the driver towards fuel costs & any parking charges on walks but these are kept to a minimum as we car share from Chester to the start of the walks.

Tuesday night socials are a nominal £2 for members (£2.50 for visitors) and include a cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit.

Costs of other activities like Club Weekends, Camps & Dinners are variable and available on request.
